INTERESTED IN SELLING YOUR ART ONLINE OR IN THE GALLERIES?
I have art that I've acquired or inherited which I am interested in selling.
The San Antonio Artists Collective does not buy art. All of the art for sale belongs to the original Artist until sold.
I sometimes dabble in art and have a couple of pieces I'd like to sell.
We prefer to partner with local Artists pursuing a full-time career selling their art.
Is there a minimum number of paintings required to join?
All submissions to the gallery should include a minimum of 5 paintings completed within the past 12 months, along with any number of paintings done prior to that. While we love great art regardless of when it was painted, we prefer to work with artists who constantly create new art.
Can I bring in some art for your consideration?
No. We prefer to dedicate gallery time assisting visitors looking to browse and purchase art. Interested Artists should email a few examples of their currently available pieces to supportlocalart@gallerysa.com and include a short bio outlining their experience selling and exhibiting art. A link to their website or Artist social media page is also acceptable.
How does it all work?
If we are interested in listing the art online or in the galleries, we will respond to your email within seven days with the Terms & Conditions explaining how we work with the Artists.
I only have a couple of paintings for sale. Is that enough?
No. Due to the considerable time and expense of setting up new Artists, we prefer to work with a minimum of 5 recent paintings for sale.
